Rental Terms
Deposits/Payments
A non-refundable deposit of 50% down with signed agreement is due to reserve your date and materials. This payment amount will be based upon the first count you provide to us upon reservation. Your final payment and final count will be due two weeks prior to your event. If you book two weeks or closer to your event date, the bill is due in full with the signed contract.
When booking less than two weeks prior to your event date sashes may not be available.
We accept cash, check or money orders made payable to Erie Chair Covers. In the event of a returned check, you will be responsible for a $36.00 returned check fee. If for any reason Erie Chair Covers is obligated to contact a collection agency, small claims court, or hire an attorney, you will be responsible for fees to cover these costs.
Damage and Missing Item Agreement
All chair covers and sashes must be in the same quantity and condition that you receive them: (no tears, rips, burns, holes, excessive food stains, wax stains, etc.) Full replacement cost will apply to any item that is rendered unusable or missing. Loss or damage replacement on chair covers or sashes is two times the rental price. Price may be subject to change. You are responsible for personally inspecting the rental items after use. If any item is missing, damaged, or unusable, you are responsible to notify us.
Replacement costs:
Chair covers $6.00 each
Sashes $2.00 each
Event Cancellation
All deposits are non-refundable. If you choose to cancel your order after contract is signed and deposit has been made, there will be no refund. We always recommend you get a chair cover sample before placing your order to assure our chair covers fit your style of chair. If you choose not to get a sample, and the chair cover does not fit, we are not responsible.
Delivery and Set-up
Chair cover pricing includes set-up for local area only. Customers outside a 25-mile range will be charged a delivery and pick-up fee, to be determined based on driving distance. Client is responsible for the take down of all items. All items must be returned within three days of the event. You agree to be charged an additional late return fee of $25.00 per day for each day the items are not returned.
Client is responsible for making sure facility allows outside chair cover companies.
We are NOT responsible for any kind of injury whatsoever, due to falls off the chair, or from any kind of injury that could or might occur per use of our linens.
SAMPLES
A chair cover and sash sample can be provided for a deposit of $10. The $10 deposit will be returned to you upon returning the samples.
FAQ'S
1. Do you have Ivory chair covers?
No, we do not have Ivory chair covers, however our chair covers blend well with Ivory settings, and we do have sashes in almost every color.
2. Does your prices include set up and take down?
Our prices include delivery, set up, and pick up. We do not take down. (Take down is an additional $25-50.00 depending on the number of chairs).
3. Do your chair covers fit folding chairs?
Not as well as banquet chairs, although they fit, they aren't as tight, our chair covers mainly fit standard banquet chairs, please see the services section of our website to view examples.
